Under EU consumer law you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. To exercise this right, notify us before the period expires. Return the product in its original condition within 14 days of your withdrawal notification.

3. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products that have been unsealed for health or hygiene reasons after delivery. Dietary supplements may fall under this exception. Contact us to confirm.

4. Refund Process

5. Return Shipping

You bear the direct cost of returning the product. We recommend using tracked delivery. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns until we receive them.
